Doug and I wanted to thank you again for the lovely job you did for us last week. Fish On was the perfect venue to host the reception honoring Doug's mother. The food was absolutely delicious and presented so well. All of the staff was so helpful. Thank you for letting us spill out into the bar area. Everyone seemed to feel so comfortable in there.

Please forgive me for taking so long to write. We have been over the moon with the success of the wedding. YOU and PLATE were so instrumental in making it the event that it was. The notes and calls that we receive all have compliments about the food and service. It was truly outstanding. You were such a pleasure to do business with and so sweet to check in on me at both the bridesmaids luncheon as well as at the wedding.

So many of our "foodie" friends said that they had never had food like PLATE'S ever at a wedding. It was unbelievable. And the servers were so professional, courteous and responsive. The menu was the best and my only request is to ask Matt/Jen to make me a portion of the nectarine salad/ rockfish and 10 of those chocolate/peanut butter cupcakes! I'll go to any of your restaurants - any time!

Please put us at the top of your list as references for PLATE. We knew that you guys would do a great job but you all exceeded our expectations. Please pass on our gratitude and appreciation to everyone who dedicated their time, energy and patience to making the Dillon/ Bieligk wedding one that we will all cherish.

It's not often that people take the time to thank someone for services rendered in a professional and efficient manner.

On behalf of our organization, First Town Mended Hearts, I want to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding accommodations, food, and service we received at our recent Christmas luncheon held at Fish On Restaurant on December 14th.

Beginning with Molly King (So Del Events supervisor) who worked patiently and conscientiously with us in selecting our menu, room, etc. and continued following up with us to make certain

we were provided first class attention. Then, on the day of the luncheon, we were pleasantly greeted by Allison Morelle who made certain we were satisfied with the layout of the room and assuring us that if there was anything we needed, she and the staff would try to provide it to us. The luncheon was served by Fleur who worked quickly and efficiently always asking if there

was anything else she could do. The food, including the desserts, received much praise from the those in attendance. In fact, my wife and I received several calls telling us how much the attendees enjoyed the luncheon.

I chose Fish On! as my wedding reception venue because it is one of my favorite restaurants and Molly made the experience an absolute dream come true. From our first meeting, she was warm and friendly and I felt I had known her forever. She was able to accommodate every request I had and gave fantastic suggestions and tips to make the experience even better than I anticipated. The evening of the reception, everything was perfect. The layout was exactly as we had requested, the cake table was beautiful, the food was exceptional and Molly was always there to help me with anything I needed. I felt completely taken care of and my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our special evening. From a bride's point of view, it was a perfect evening and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I would absolutely recommend Fish On! for any venue.

Our residents are still raving about their dining out experience at Fish On! From a dining experience - everyone was delighted! Great food and timely service! From an event planning perspective, it was one of my best experiences. The Fish On! manager and staff were excellent. They were efficient and experienced, but more importantly to me, they were gracious hosts to our guests. Smiles and a welcoming atmosphere from everyone!

Last spring we had our dinner for our graduating History seniors at Fish On. The students and faculty had such a great time. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. The planning process was so easy. Molly and Fred were so helpful. We look forward to having our next event at Fish On.

We had our son's rehearsal dinner at Fish On. We are from New Hampshire and had no idea what your restaurant would be like. We were so truly impressed by the courtesy of all working at the function....the absolutely wonderful food that was served....and every positive aspect of the entire evening. We enjoyed the evening at our own pace, and from appetizers to fabulous cake....it was all wonderful. No one lacked for anything at any time...it was wonderful. I only wish your establishment were in New Hampshire so we could recommend it to our friends, relatives, etc. Needless to say, should we find ourselves in Delaware, we will definitely plan to stop by for another fabulous meal.

A simple thank you for helping us host our daughter's wedding reception. The delicious food, impeccable service and professional staff certainly drove the compliments we received about the event.
