At SoDel Concepts,
we know food is an important part of every celebration, whether it’s a

When I lived in Washington, D.C., I created a catering company focused
on fresh, local ingredients prepared simply but with sophistication.
I’m passionate about letting the natural flavors shine and combining
ingredients so that they complement each other. All five of my
restaurants follow that philosophy, and I’m now proud to introduce
Plate Catering, which is also focused on approachable, delicious—yet
distinctive—cuisine.
Whether it’s sweet tomato-corn salad or soft-shell crabs, Plate
Catering uses only the best available ingredients. Working with our
local farmers’ markets allows us to easily embrace the
farm-to-table-style cooking that continues to grow in popularity. Why?
